    Session 1 identifies your sleep issue. We’ll work together to find practical changes that you can make to your sleep environment and schedule. I’ll also provide suggestions for how to improve your sleep over the next 2 weeks, and help you set up sleep tracking on your phone, smart watch, or other device that will allow me to better understand your sleep.

  • 2. EVALUATION

    In Session 2, I’ll evaluate your sleep data and we’ll discuss how the changes we made worked for you. Based on your feedback and sleep data, we’ll fine-tune our plan to precisely fit your needs.

  • 3. FOLLOW-UP

    Session 3 is an in-depth follow up to ensure that our solutions have resulted in positive changes to your sleep. We will re-evaluate your sleep data, and I’ll provide final suggestions to help you achieve your best night’s sleep.
